Welcome to West Horsley Village Hall

West Horsley Village Hall is situated in the heart of West Horsley with the original building having been built in 1924.

There are three rooms for hire at WHVH - the Main Hall with a stage and kitchen, the Cedar Room with its own refurbished kitchen and the Rubin Room which is the smallest room and is ideal either as a meeting room or for small groups. Free Wi-Fi (super-fast, fibre broadband) is available for hirers plus there is a free car park available and, right next door, is a fully equipped, well-maintained and much-used children's playground.

We have an ONLINE DIARY on our Availability page which will enable you to see which rooms are free and when. If you wish, you can make an online booking request although this should not be regarded as confirmed until you hear back from the WHVH Administrator. If you would prefer to make an availability enquiry by e-mail or telephone, that's fine too!

The range of activities which take place at WHVH is huge - from dance classes for all ages to amateur dramatic productions by the WHIPS and Whippets, Brownies, lots of different exercise classes and many regular meetings of local societies and clubs.

COVID-19
WHVH is a community facility with many vulnerable users whom we wish to keep as safe as possible. With COVID-19 having not gone away completely, we are still being sensible/careful. In particular, no-one may come into WHVH if they have COVID symptoms or their recommended self-isolation is not complete following a positive test. This is for everyone's benefit.
Please have a look through the website to find out more about what West Horsley Village Hall has to offer and how we might help you with either a regular activity or class or a special celebration such as a children's birthday party. If you have any questions at all about the facilities, please do not hesitate to contact the WHVH Administrator, Kelane Henderson, who will be delighted to help you with your enquiry.
